72 hour passive diffusion

• Sample: HIV-2+ plasma diluted 1:400 in PBS (0.1% Sodium Azide) + 5% milk

• 'empty' lanes between samples were filled with PBS (0.1% Sodium Azide) + 5% milk

• Varying incubation times with plasma sample (primary antibody): 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 hours long

• Secondary antibody and Streptavidin complex were both diluted in PBS + 1% milk:

2 hours incubation with α-huIg (secondary antibody)

1 hour incubation with Streptavidin complex

30 min. development with H₂O₂ and DAB
